Topic: Reduce space under and above Featured thumbnails

Hi everyone,

I would like to make the gap under the featured thumbnails smaller. about the same size as the space on the sides between the thumbnails

Also, is it possible to place the page title of the thumbnails in a transparent black bar like in the slideshow ?
