I moved my menu to the top of the page. I would like to remove the main menu and insert a 728X15 adsense list. Can anyone help me with this? I have tried deleting entire sections out of the header.php file and the default menu (categories - very ugly) still shows up.

I've tried putting a custom menu there and that gets rid of the categories, but I don't want any menu there at all.
