Topic: clean-contact form

Hello-
Havn't worked on this site for a few months and for some reason the plug-in Clean-Contact has stopped working (a contact form). I have deleted itand re-uploaded it but no luck. I am using wp version 3.1.3 still and updated to the newest clean-contact plug-in as it had already stopped working before that.

Any ideas would help!

The plugin is quite old. It could be broken in the latest update.
