Topic: Database Transfer Usage Insane

My site is using an excessive amount of Database Transfer Space

50.10 GB last month currently at 7.14 GB this month.

WordPress 3.3
Arras Theme Current Version     1.4.3.1
with 4 Widgets

I cannot seem to find the issue? Does anyone have an ideas?

I had no choice but to  switch to a different theme for now. see if that helps sad

I had memory usage issues, but not transfer issues. For me it was a web hosting problem.

check your stats - see if all the robot of the planet aren't picking on your site - in this case .hataccess and keep them out
check also the content of your site - if you server a multitude of posts with 3 lines (example) make one big post with 3000 lines -
the problem is the queries to the db and mostly this comes from comments robots that uses your site to spread their addvertizings.
