Topic: Menu help in latest arras theme

Hi guys.

I recently upgrade from 1.4 to the latest version of arras. My menu bar is a bit of a mess now. I have catorgories and posts in my menu bar that was not there before. Is there a feature that automatically puts posts in the menu bar? and how can i get rid of these? i have already deleated my old menu settings and this has made no diference.
