hope, somebody can help me.

I transfered my Site from localhost to Liveserver and from this moment I could not change anything in my Arras Theme Options. On my local Site it was no Problem, everything was saved. Live it take no changes. First I see "Changes has been saved to the database" but when I look in the frontend nothing happend an in my backend everathing is turned back, like to the "default settings".
I don´t have any Cache Plugin. I tried from different computers with different Explorers, nothing worked.
I also deactivated all my Plugins - didn´t work.
I also tried to re-install Arras Theme - didn´t work.

Then, when I go to the options.php per FTP I can make some changes there. But after these settings are also like "frozen" in my theme options backend.

Really hope, somebody has an idea

I am Using Arras 1.5.0.1. and Wordpress 3.1.1. --> local no problem, everything works fine!!!

I had also tried new Arras versions - also here nothing to change
