I have another site where I use the Suffusion theme and I love the widget functionality, it is simply incredible. I use the Ad Injection plugin and it is so easy to just add the widget to say the "below header" sidebar widget area and boom, I have a full width ad in place (or whatever else I want there).
I looked at your website, and you have managed to insert an ad in the header with a logo, something I'm trying to do. You also have a search box there. It looks from the code like you added a subclass called topad to the header class, to go along with the logo subclass. How did you manipulate the CSS to position the various elements in the header to where you wanted them?

The logo is easy, just load it via the Arras theme options.
The ad (now a quote) floating to the right of the logo:
1. Open header.php and find <div id="header">
2. Just below it, paste this:
<div class="topad">
<a href="http://worldfreenews.com"><img src="http://worldfreenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/founders-qoute-transparent-gray.png" border="0" width="650" height="80" title="Founder's Quote, February 2011" alt="Founder's Quote, February 2011"></a>

3. change href to whatever you want the image to link to.
4. change img src to your image url.
5. use your image height and width
6. change title and alt to what you want to see when you hover over image.
7. open your child theme style.css or your user.css
8. add the following:
.topad { float: right; margin-left: 38%; margin-top: 20px; position: absolute; }
9. fiddle with the numbers until it is positioned where you want it.
