Nice use of the full width of the page at the top - your custom search bar and facebook/rss icons are nicely spaced out. My only criticisms of the site are the lack of colour (main page is very black and white) and a couple of minor spelling errors in your sidebar (e.g. 'lattest' instead of 'latest').

Very good use of the site, but how do you fit the pictures in the slide box so perfectly, when I try it my pictures are distorted

Just need bigger pictures when you use them. To small and they will get stretched.

The only thing that I think you could improve on is the menu. The black text on red background in the drop down menus is just awful. Try modifying the CSS to change the background color.
Overall, great site! Keep up the good work!
