I just implemented Arras for www.discretepicture.com

Quite happy with it.
Using qtranslate for the multilingual aspect.

Still some improvement to be made:
- The Autor block, still searching how to edit it in multilingual and how to add a photo.
- I will remove the cripled explanation under the comment area.

I have to live with:
- The node format does work so well with Japanese (or Chinese text), most probably lost with word cuttting for the excerpt.
- The sharedaddy function from Jetpack is not working.
