It would be awesome to be able to rearrange everything on the website, nothing were fixed, for example like the theme platform (and probably many more), it has drag and drop features, you can position everything you want where ever you want, you can even decide how wide your margins are or the columns or what ever by dragging some lines in the settings of the theme, you can have a look at what i´m talking about here http://www.pagelines.com/demos/platformpro/overview. I really love Arras and i think it would be even more awesome if it was as flexible, one could  add carousel when ever, where ever or even manipulated where featured pictures were or decide how big featured pictures was by dragging the edges of a represented picture of it, the possibilities are endless.
