I can add a link for any post by the Custom Fields
But how can I add it for every post of the “home.php”
for example,a rating store or download url

I'm sorry, I don't really understand what you mean. Could you try and explain more?
I think he is talking about the navigation menu.
Create a custom link with your homepage URL and then give it the title "Home".
