Topic: An arras expert needed

Hey everybody,

I came across this beautiful theme and really like it, only I cannot adjust it.
I tried to go back to other themes and they all look so boring next to arras,
I need an expert in arras to help me to tweaking my site and finish the design.
After three days of trying to shape and organize,
I admit I cannot do it alone, I just don’t have the knowledge that it needed.
Please help me,
I am willing to pay an expert to help me and show me how to finish it.
