Topic: HTML5 & CSS3 & maybe page slug/id for news category ?

I`m thinking about upgrade arras theme to HTML 5 and CSS 3.

Is this have sense? What are you think about this ?

And one more question from the topic:
When I`am using an arras theme I`m using a page slug/id to display news from category to different way from archive. It`s very usefull and important (maybe only for me smile ) but maybe in future that would be a standard function?

if you know how to make this theme even more efficient and awesome, then that would be cool smile Better ask Zy first though.
