looks good mate, I love that graininess of the background because of its size it does tend to load a bit longer than expected though, you might want to either trim it down in size or quality.

It's not a plugin: simply some CSS and all the separate sharing codes in a DIV to keep it together. Same goes for the ones at the bottom of each post.
