either its me or this plugin is on crack it just wont work right well the way i want it, do u know some other plugin that can do tabs like most anime sites.

I was thinking about upgrading my animeblog to 1.4.2, but I was also toying around with placing the sections of the homepage on different places as opposed to the standard theme. While 'm not satisfied with the (test) result this is basically the idea I'm toying around with:

That's odd. I've tried a couple of things and I really don't get why it does that.

Added a third custom taxonomy 'anipedia', which will serve as some sort of glossary.
It's located between the content and the comments:

Clicking on it will lead to an archive which show a manually added display type (Zy, tapestries.php was a touch of genius).

Still need to add many more entries, but I like the possibilities of wordpress and custom taxonomies.

4 Extra Featured Categories.
All 8 nodes (which are 4 featured categories) have their own background image
2 custom display types (both are on the front page, the last two sections)
A small sidebar on the frontpage next to the slideshow, all other pages/posts have the 'big' sidebar.

I'm pleased with it, more as the last version.
