Topic: Avatars not showing in Comments tab in sidebar

I have avatars set to show when people leave comments and it works just fine on posts.  Unfortunately the avatars are not showing up in the Comments tab in the sidebar.  Instead, the default avatar is showing for everyone in the sidebar tab, even if they have set their own avatar and it is showing in the comment on the post page.

I'm using WP 3.0 and Arras 1.4.3.1.

My thanks to anyone who has ideas about how to change this.

But where do you add avatars for the admin?  I have been looking all over for how to upload a photo for my admin profile. The answer is probably right in front of my nose!
