Topic: Automatic Linking in Posts/Pages

Is there any way to make Wordpress automatically link to a certain page when I use "a certain word" in a post or page?

   Just use google & you'll have your choice of many different plug-ins.  Just depends on which feature(s) you need & of course your budget.  Some plug-ins will cloak your links, track your links or even
