There have been a lot of question about how to add post thumbnails to Arras post, so I've decided to make a simple screencast of how simple it is. I hope that Arras users find it helpful.

Please, try again. I had to deactivate the vide plugin for some work and when I re-activated it, it lost some of its settings.

for some reason all images i've uploaded to the arras theme since i switch to this theme last week are not displaying. they only show a red x both in front and back end as seen here http://ibdabo.com/blog/2010/10/06/exclu … -causes-2/
all other images that currently display on the blog we uploaded when i was using a defult theme. can someone please advice how i can make the images show? thanks.

Please, make sure that the images are actually making it onto your server and that they end up where you expect them to. I tried accessing the image from your example post directly and it doesn't seem to be there (I got a 404 error when accessing the URL directly).
Is there a box called 'featured image'? If yes, that's the name now.
the feature is different then the thumbnail. If not, it should be. the feature shows very large, but I just want the section page to have a thumbnail, and not inside the article twice.
Hi i have a problem with thumbnails,
i need add a post with rss file, with this method the post is added correctly but the thumbnails don't show in my homepage, the image files are on server and i can see that in the library wordpress, i try to add the tag thumb with the URL but don't work.
if i do the normal process to add a post with a image the thumb is correct show in my home, but with import rss feed nothing
i think that i must modify some part of theme code.

First of all I can't see the video, anyway I can find the featured image box, but the image I set up there doesn't show as thumbnail. any idea? I'd like to add thu,bnail from a URL

Sorry about the problem with the video - the video plugin that I am using on my site keeps resetting the player options on every update. I've fixed it
