If it was me I would slice the header image, 377.8 KB would take a while for someone on a slower connection.

do you need the min-height in the container? it leaves a large white space on some pages
#container { float:left; min-height:1460px; width:700px; }
also some work on the footer to theme it with the rest of the page would finish it off nice
Ah, thanks for that! I was having some problems with the footer going to the top of the page when the sidebar was taller than the content, so add to add in that min-height line.
Would love some tips for the footer. What would you recommend adding to it/editing? How would I make it like the rest of the page?
Thanks for the tips! I do have the border set to #CCC so I'm not sure why it's showing up as black...I do think I fixed it though. Is it still black?

Then every other category displaying as quick posts: http://orioles-nation.com/minors/

Eh...only 1100 lines in my user.css file 
Updated to WP 3.1 and Arras 1.5.0.1 (from 1.3.6).
Any bugs you guys find would be a HUGE help...
