Can a feature be added that gives the user the power to remove the thumbnail in the posts on certain posts. For example, I've added video http://mrwestend.com/se26/?p=1455 to this post but would like to remove the thumbnail image above.

Other thumbnails on other pages I'd like to keep on there. So a feature to 'remove thumbnail on this post' would be great!  Thank you in advance.
