Finally decided to upgrade to Arras Theme 1.5.2 in junction with WordPress 3.3 update. Unfortunately, it seems as though the theme is broken in many ways. When I try to modify the home page to remove select post previews it causes all previews in disappear (same result happens when I try to select specific categories for previews).

Also, my top navigation to categories is overall 100% broken.

I am very new to WordPress, and am not a PHP coder. My coding skills are limited to basic HTML/CSS. I have a feeling my novice position may have something to do with the problems I am having.
