I have created a custom website http://geodeal.in which is a store and deals aggregator for city of delhi in India. The theme is based on wordpress and uses extensive geo location using the geomashup plugin. Here is customizations

- Custom post types - stores
- Custom fields - Like phone, address, email, geo locations, timing etc
- Location aggregated using geo mashup
- Every store has 1 or more deals - using wordpress default post type
- Facebook integration of comments and likes
- Custom front page
