What the hell....HEEEELLLPP>>>>

I just bought the classical gamer theme.
I set my theme to the twentyten.
Fired up my FTP client.
Uploaded the new files for Arras and Classical gamer
Refreshed the page and...

HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error):

Can someone tell me what's going on???

UPDATE: I just deleted both of the themes via ftp and got back to the default theme.  Now I can't get Arras to install at all.  It gives off errors.  This really sucks because this was supposed to be a 10 minute upgrade to Classical gamer and it's turned into an all day nightmare.  Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper and I'm not far from filing a report with paypal.
