Like how you've differentiated this from other Arras sites by making the featured slideshow slightly bigger. I notice you've removed the default search bar from the header and replaced it with one in the sidebar (I've actually done exactly the same thing on my site); I would advise you move the sidebar widget further up the page, as I don't think audiences should have to search for the search function(!)
