For some reason I am getting duplicate posts in my "featured post #2" section and "featured post #3" section. They do not share a common category as I have chosen two different categories in the back end of arras for post #2 and post #3, so in theory I shouldn't have duplicate posts. Any ideas?
I have already tried the duplicate box in arras back end but it then posts older post from random categories...

ok so i figured out why I have duplicate posts. It looks like the newest arras has a "new posts" section under "featured post #2" is there a way I can change this from gathering the newest posts to just one category of my choice like the rest?
no, for some reason it just grabs the newest post no matter if I select a category with specific older posts...

I didn't find any such type of error message. It might because the post you are posting is already been posted and you forgot..

You don't understand my question, The "NEW POSTS" section in the back end of arras theme, the "Home" tab. It gives you options for "SLIDESHOW" "FEATURED POST #1" and "FEATURED POST #2" and "NEW POSTS" The "NEW POSTS" section only grabs new posts, even if I select categories that only have older posts, its still grabs "NEW" posts from random categories... I would like it to do the same as "FEATURED POST #1" and "FEATURED POST #2" not only grabbing and present "NEW" posts.
Does that make sense?
