Arras is amazing =]

slimbox to display images 1.4.2 works fine and when using 1.4.3 it only show white box.  Switch back to 1.4.2 it works again.

in latest articles section (with all categories chosen) , the really latest article dont show, for me, the last 10 articles not showing, but in the slideshow, they are shown

Hey Zy i got something weird while testing the 1.4.3

Here are the details :

Arras option : Home > Featured Posts > All categories selected. / node based / Post count = 3

I got All my sticky post to be displayed + Post Count - 1

I mean i have all my sticky post showing there but seems like counted only as 1 in the post count. then i've "Post Count" less 1 displayed.

If 3 sticky post i have 5 node based (3 "sticky post" + "Postcount =3" -1) = 5

I have two remarks:

1) If the post have it's thumbnail(i.e. news post) - on mouse hover over a thumbnail we'll see image's name(something.jpg for example) - it looks ugly, so I've changed library/template.php lines 49-51

before:

if (has_post_thumbnail($id)) {
            return get_the_post_thumbnail($id, $size);
        }

after:

if (has_post_thumbnail($id)) {
            $title = get_the_title();
            return get_the_post_thumbnail($id, $size, array('title' => $title));
        }

Now we have cute tooltips on mouse hover

2) I was using "jQuery lazy load plugin" and averything was good in 1.4.2, but in 1.4.3.x it's won't work properlly with "featured post" carousel - the first image in array is shown only(in fact the other appear sometimes too, but I can't figure out why is it happening, lol)

That Child Theme stuff is pretty interesting. Might do some reading in on that.

Everything is looking good, however...

I liked the custom header function better.

I liked to be able to have the option of hiding the text. The only problem was the size limits. The header image should have options to align it left, center or right and top or bottom along with an option to choose the size limits of the image.

The new custom logo option could be better if you had the option of showing or hiding text. Image alignment left, right or center along with top or bottom and custom height and width. (similar to the background) I also would like to see an option to link or not link the image to the website.

Great job otherwise and I look forward to the sample child theme you are working on.

Update: I read your tweet on how to get the custom header back, however you should still consider the new feature suggestions.

i miss the option where i can choose if the date and comment count is shown in the tumbnail or not, any way to edit that, or was that option just kicked out.
