A few days here, the error described below appears when I try to access the options issue.
I can not change anything, I need help.
I am Brazilian, and use the Arras Theme 1.3.6 in the www.anormal-anm.com
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _checkactive_widgets() in /home/a102396/public_html/wp-content/themes/arras-theme_13/library/admin/templates/functions.php on line 191

I had the same prob even with the latest arras 1.4.3 and the prev one. it seems it occurs due to the widgets being used in a previous theme, so on resetting/clearing them, re-installing the theme again then i was able to avoid this error.

" re-installing the theme again" doesn't solve the problem.
What can i do ?

those functions are already declared in other php files (dependencies). If you want to keep the role of your function, declare it with other name.
if you accidentally redefine a function in the same file please make sure that you want a function to do different stufffs. PHP doesn't support function overloading outside of classes.
Please make sure that you have only one function declared in your code. If you want a function to do different stuffs, please check the parameters of the functions (how are they declared and what meaning has each one)

This does not say how to fix it. I have run into the same problem, but the line is 277 which is blank so how do I fix it
I just installed Arras for someone & their page has went totally blank. I can't even get to the wordpress log in page. I need help fast!!!!

First I was getting the error message 404 in which I fixed after reading the posts on here and Im getting this message.

I think the same problem is happening commonly. I and one of friend also had the same issue some days back but he has thought it was some glitch with his VMware Hosting . We tried our level best and failed. One of our senior helped us to sort out the issue very simply. So I decided to share it with you all. Resetting or cleaning the previous widgets being used in a previous theme can help you to get out of this trouble. It helped me very quickly

Today I've the same trouble.
I did the wordpress 3.3 upgrade and the site goes down with a fatal error:
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method Arras_Widget_Tag_Cloud::WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud() in C:\WebSites\asbasalti.it_2acfyhe61lsfehw9\wp-content\themes\arras\library\widgets.php on line 404
I don't know what to do.

I think you need to update to Arras Theme 1.5.1.1. See this announcement by the theme developer: http://www.arrastheme.com/forums/topic7 … lable.html
Or, maybe even the latest version of the theme.
I was getting that same error line a few weeks ago also, i just reinstalled Arras Theme and it solved it, but i guess if i had have updated it, it would have had the same effect alright cannabis seeds for salegodaddy promo code
