Arras Theme 1.4.3.1 Dutch Language Pack (NL) v1.0


Release information
A small number of new lines of text that needed translation are now translated.
Some minor language issues with the previous version are solved.
Tested with WordPress 3.0.


Where to download
You can download the Arras Theme 1.4.3.1 Dutch Language Pack v1.0 here (17 KB).


How to install
Assuming you've already set your WordPress installation to Dutch (nl_NL), you just have to copy both the nl_NL.mo and nl_NL.po files to the following folder on your webserver:

/wwwroot/wp-content/themes/arras-theme/language/

Hello AddVariety,

I have installed your files where they should be and I still get everything in English, I don't really see what I'm doing wrong.

So here is what I've done so far:
- installed WP in English
- modified config file to set language to nl_NL
- upgraded WP front & back end in Dutch (Back end in Dutch is working fine)
- copied your files (.mo & .po) in wp-content/themes/arras-theme/language/

I'm using Arras 1.4.3.1, it looks like Arras is completely ignoring the content of the language folder. I have even tried to erase everything from this folder and nothing happened on the site.

Any idea of what is going wrong?

Found the solution, might be interesting for other who are concerned.

wpconfig file Wordpress: language settings should be nl_NL
wpconfile file Arras theme: language settings should be nl only
then make sure .mo/.po files in arras language directory are also renamed to nl.mo and nl.po

Hello, i'm a newbie. Where can I find wpconfig file in the Arra them directory, so i can change the parameters.

there's no such file in arras, I think functions.php will do.

My Wordpress config language is set to nl_NL and I do not have to change anything in Arras configuration.
Except for one thing: Continue Reading (in posts) is not translated in dutch and I cannot find it in the .mo file.

How to solve this one?

I solved it by translating version 1.5.1.2 of Arras.
This one here on top is of course outdated and it seems that it's not supported anymore.
I can distribute my translation, but there are still a few pieces of text that I'm not too sure about.

Uploading an attachment did not work, sorry.

In dutch:
Wie deze vertaling wil hebben moet mij even een "email forum" sturen.
Er zitten misschien nog wat dubieuze vertalingen bij, of vertalingen waar ik niet zeker van ben. Ik sta uiteraard open voor commentaar.
